Auja Residence (“we”, “us”) operates the Auja Residence mobile application and website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We are based in New Cairo, Egypt.
Information we collect
When you create an account or request a booking, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your booking request (villa, dates, number of guests, and any special requests). If you create an account, we also store your account credentials securely through our authentication provider.
How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to and manage your booking requests; create and maintain your account and membership; contact you about your stay; operate the Auja Privileges loyalty programme; and improve our services. We contact you using the email and phone number you provide.
How your information is stored
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Booking requests submitted through the app are transmitted to our team so we can respond to you directly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the app (such as our database, email, and hosting providers), and only as needed to provide our services to you, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
Your choices
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also stop using the app and request that we close your account.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
